1) INTRODUCTION :

(b) These Terms and Conditions shall govern "Attacker.NET" and the Services provided under this website by "Attacker.NET".
(c) In relation to the provision of Services and supply of Products by "Attacker.NET" Website, Customer of "Attacker.NET" Website shall observe and be bound by "Attacker.NET" Conditions .
(d) Customers shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions immediately upon clicking and using this website. Establishment of this service is dependent upon receipt by the payment of stated charges. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date.
(b) Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

3) Notification of Violation :
"Attacker.NET" Inc is under no duty to look at each customer's activities to determine if a violation of the TOS has occurred, nor do we assume any responsibility through our TOS to monitor or police Internet-related activities.


4) Support :
(a) Please include any error messages and relevant information in your email/ticket to make sure we have all the appropriate information to troubleshoot your problem, tickets/emails with more information usually are resolved quicker as we can spot any problems in the messages returned via the server.
(b) You should not provide any 3rd-party with your server(s) login details while you are subscribed to our server administration services and we have the right to cancel this service at any time.
(c) Usually you will get a reply between 10 minutes -1 hour, but it may take up to 6 hrs if it was sent during the weekend or holidays.To avoid the delay use our SMS Emergency system to notify our SysAdmins in case you have an emergency.


5) Our Guarantee :
If we cant or unable to fix your server's issue, we will REFUND the money to you.


6) Liability :
Customer agrees to indemnify "Attacker.NET" Website and it's owners for any claim or demand, suit or other action brought by any third party against "Attacker.NET".
